IDSF International Open Standard World Ranking Competition

The first IDSF International World Ranking Tournament in Guernsey saw many top couples attend, attracted by generous prize money on offer in every category from Junior to Senior! Winning the first ever title in IDSF International Open Standard were Leevi's
Warren & Kristi Boyce, first in all five dances. In a terrific competition Leevi's Aleksander Makarov & Katrin End were 8th, Mairold Millert & Alexandra Hixson were 13-14th and in their first IDSF Adult event Andres & Liis End were 16th. The Under 21 Standard saw Leevi's Mairold & Alexandra take the silver medal. Saturday's IDSF Senior saw Leevi's Roger & Ann Sherfield take sixth spot in the final, and they repeated this success on the same day by making the Open Senior Championship final too. Sunday saw Mairold & Alexandra in action again, this time winning the Guernsey Open Amateur Standard competition. Senior Pre finalists were Adrian & Jill Lucas and both the Junior Standard and Junior Latin Championships were dominated by Leevi's Andres & Liis End. Congratulations to all Leevi couples on a great weeekend in Guernsey!
